Progress Report 3 :

On the last week if school we finished off filming vox pops with students in the 6^th form ICT rooms as we wouldn’t be able to do this in the holidays. It went well as we managed to get a lot of girls to interview. We took backgrounds in to account when filming our vox pops e.g. having ‘Hi 5’ on the screen behind someone when they were talking. We also got a few students in uniform. We took them out of lesson as we didn’t want any noise. Again, we tried to think carefully about how they were positioned on screen and what the background etc conveyed. For example, we had different shots of the school in the background and huts to show that it was a school environment.
